How to Arrange to Take Train for Healthcare Compliance Courses

How to RegisterFully complete either our Secure On-line Registration Form or our Downloadable PDF Form (one form per registrant, photocopies acceptable). Payment must accompany each registration. Each individual registration for a Train for Healthcare Compliance course entitles the registrant to access the course for a period of ninety (90) days following the registration date. |
REGISTRATION FEES
The standard registration fee for each course is $95.REFUNDS
Train for Compliance does not refund registration fees.ACCESS TO COURSES FOLLOWING REGISTRATION
Upon online registration, you will immediately be emailed your unique username and password which will permit access to the course(s) for which you have registered.
If you register by fax or mail, you will receive your unique username and password via email within three (3) business days of our receipt of your registration form with payment.
Upon completion of each course and successful completion of the test with a score of at least 70%, you will be presented with a printable Completion Certificate.METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR TUITION
Make payment by check (to Train for Compliance), MasterCard, Visa or American Express. A $20 fee will be charged on any returned checks.
